Emmaus Retreat Centre

Balheary House is home to the Irish Christian Brother Community at Lissenhall. Also in the grounds is the Emmaus Retreat Centre which is run by a resident team made up of Augustinians, Holy Faith Sisters, and Christian Brothers. The team is involved in the ministry of retreats for senior students in post-primary schools. The centre is also the venue for many kinds of adult retreats throughout the year. The centre is within the boundaries of Donabate Parish.
